Stacey worked with me through a difficult and frustrating remodel loan approval process. She consistently responded to additional requests for information with a strong sense of urgency. In addition, Stacey has shown patience, grace, and empathy towards her difficult client (yes, me) during the pre-construction phase.
Now we are well over halfway into the remodel and the workmanship is top notch. I can’t wait to show off the new trim, doors, flooring, kitchen and paint.
Lastly, Stacey and her team are working with extra speed to complete this remodel before Christmas. it will truly be the best gift of all!
